We named this collection Coronation for the ultimate head piece, the crown. My identifying aesthetic and love of intricacy and organized structure forced me upon the perfect pattern; the Voronoi cell pattern. This occurs when bubbles naturally form. To ensure precision and recognition of the pattern, I meticulously adhered thin layers of hair to a thin plastic substrate until it looked like a perfect sheet. I then had them laser cut to specific dimensions to create these shapes. This was the cover of Canadian Hairdresser Magazine July 2016
